Dian, 13 years old, has severe crowding, probably due to mouth breathing.  Every visit, remind him of lip closure and nose breathing as well as good oral hygiene.

Thanks for help from all of you, bands and brackets were placed last week (.012 niti).  What kinds of changes do you expect to see and what do you want to do for him next time he returns?

Ideally, a rotation wedge should have been placed in the distal wings of UR2, since the tooth is nearly in cross bite mesially when the brackets are removed 2 years later.
