Bracketing the 2nd bicuspid (#5) is the most challenging. It is the closest to the gingiva. Do not place too much bonding material close to the gingival margin of the bracket. In this photo, it appears that there is too much bonding material gingival. The slot of the bracket should be placed at the same level of the lower tube of the band at 6.
Check the tension of the existing wire between 5/6 before its removal and decide whether it is time to change to next sized wire.
There is abrupt bending of the wire between LL2 and 3. Will this improve next time?
