A 45-year-old man with normal facial profile (Fig.1-4) and malocclusion confined to UL quadrant (Fig.5-6) agrees with comprehensive orthodontic treatment. UL quadrant malocclusion includes UL3,4 rotation, UL4 gingival recession, UL5 cross bite and UL8 incomplete eruption. UL8 also needs to be palatalized for 2-3 mm (Fig.8).
