LL 4 is buccally displaced (Fig.7 *).  Dental midlines do not match.  Do not place open coil spring between UL1-3.  The spring may worsen the upper midline deviation.  Or make sure that LR4 is completely distalized (without mesialization of LR6) so that the lower midline can be moved to the right more than the upper.
