Fig.4: PA taken prior to 2nd bone graft (13 months post 1st one).  It appears that the distal bone loss has been fixed by the 1st bone graft, while the mesial one remains the same.  There is no symptom or sign of periimplantitis 3 years 8 months post 2nd bone graft (Fig.7 previous mesial defect having been repaired).
