Immediate postop complaint is watery discharge from the right nostril, probably related to the long implant (Fig.8 (panoramus taken 8 days postop) I), displacing the Inferior Turbinate (IT).  *: bone graft underneath the nasal floor mucosa; L: lateral incisor.  When the implant is removed for truncation, gently suction through the osteotomy to bring out some of bone graft granules.

Fig.15 is taken after implant apex removal.  Bone graft is not removed.
