Fig.5: A 4.5x5(5) mm cemented abutment is immediately placed and prepared before final bone graft in the buccal gap.  The buccal gingival is somewhat collapsed.  Socket shield should have been done to prevent the collapse.  There is anterior deep bite with insufficient posterior support.  In fact the incisal edge of the lower right lateral incisor has been trimmed.
