Cemented vs. Temporary Abutments

A 46-year-old lady has severe chronic periodontitis.  The tooth #10 has drifted inferiorly and labially (Fig.1).  One month and a half after #31 immediate implant, she wants to take care of #10.  After extraction, measure the socket and tooth dimension.  The implant (green box in Fig.2) diameter should be at least 2 mm smaller than the buccopalatal width of the socket.  The platform of the implant should be 2-3 mm superior to the CEJ (cementoenamel junction (arrowheads)) of the neighboring teeth.  The exposed implant threads will be covered by bone graft (red circles).  Since the gingiva is thick (coronoapically), the abutment (gold color) cuff is expected to be 3-4 mm.

If the labial gingiva is thick (buccopalatally), a cemented abutment is chosen to support an immediate provisional.  Otherwise, a temporary abutment will be used.  It is reported that the temporary abutment promotes gingival growth.  Which abutment is chosen?
