As planned, 3 mm (central incisors) and 2.5 mm (lateral incisors) 1-piece implants (Fig.1 I) are placed palatal (P) to the buccal plate (B). Insertion torque is >50 Ncm for all of the implants. Only exception is that an angled (15°) implant is used at the site of #8. Bone graft is to be placed palatally to cover the coronally exposed threads.
