The lacerated gingiva is to be approximated with perio glue (Fig.9 <). Collagen dressing is placed over the exposed graft before cementation of the provisional. Perio dressing is applied for further protection and seal.
A: 3.5x5 mm abutment, temporarily fixed; I: 5x20 mm implant (insertion torque >60 Ncm).
