The patient returns 1.5 months postop. The provisional margin is much higher than that of the neighboring teeth (Fig.13: #6 ^). The margin of the immediate provisional was intentionally fabricated longer to cover the opening of the socket and contain bone graft and collagen membrane. Once the wound heals, it should be corrected.
