The tooth becomes mobile 4 years post cementation (Fig.5). *: root resorption with possible periapical radiolucency.

A bone-level implant will be used (Fig.6) to reduce metal showing through the crown.  Since the bone surrounding the deciduous tooth is loose, bone expansion is expected.  An immediate provisional will be fabricated using a temporary abutment.
