Since the septal height is more than 6.6 mm at #2 (Fig.11), the depth of the initial osteotomy will be 6 mm (Fig.8), followed by 2.8 mm round bur from Sinus Lift Master Kit for 6-7 mm and 3.6 mm round bur for 4-5 mm. Prepare the specific syringe for hydraulic lifting. Following Vanilla Graft (red circles), place a 4.5 or 5.0x14 mm tap. The final implant is expected to be 5 or 6x11 nn (Fig.12). The abutment will be most likely 4.5 or 5.0x3 mm. Osteogen plug (apical) and Vanilla Graft (coronal) will be packed in the buccal and palatal sockets.
