Why is D Implant not Indicated for this Lady?

A 52-year-old woman (LP) has postponed extraction and implant for the tooth #4 for 10 years (Fig.1).  The socket is oval in cross section, great site for D Implant.  D2 (3.5x4.5 mm) short (16 mm, Fig.2) and long (20 mm, Fig.3) implants appear to be fit for the site (no antibiotic).  However, placement of the latter involves bone expansion/tapping, which is incompatible with the fearful lady.  Let us be gentle (Fig.4).
