Fig.9 (CT coronal section, postop re-analysis with 6x20 mm implant):  The apex of the implant is close to the nasal floor (N).  Bone density in the nasal floor is high.  The primary stability is most likely derived primarily from the engagement of the implant to the nasal floor.
