Abutment with 6 mm Cuff

A 48-year-old man has mobile, symptomatic upper left 1st molar with severe gingival recession (Fig.1,2, particularly palatal).  There appears no sinus floor.  The thick gingiva (6 mm (Fig.3 pink)) will dictate a particular implant system.  The long clinical crown suggests a long abutment (blue, 7 mm).  After extraction and Clindamycin, use the smallest tap drill to initiate osteotomy until stability and sinus lift are achieved.  PRF plug (1) and membrane (3) are to be prepared.
