When the patient returns 23 days postop, she reports dislodgement of the immediate provisional once.  She puts it back.  The abutment is found to have light mobility.  When the latter is removed (Fig.9) , the implant is found to be stable.  When an angled abutment is being placed, the implant seems to be mobile due to the long leverage of the angled abutment.  Instead a healing abutment is placed.
