The socket heals 4 months postop (data not shown).  The implant seems to have been osteointegrated (Fig.17,18).  It will be backed up for ~ 3 mm to improve implant/crown ratio (Fig.19, as compared to Fig.14).  If it cannot be done, take impression immediately and make a subgingival provisional before suturing
