Fig.4 (CBCT sagittal section): The mesiodistal width of the crown is 8.4 mm.  It appears that a 6 mm implant is appropriate for the site unless the socket has become larger in the last year.  If this is the case, a large (e.g., 7 mm) bone-level implant is used so that there is opportunity to use a smaller diameter abutment for restoration.   Measure tooth dimensions after extraction.
