Sinus Lifter

A 78-year-old man needs implant restoration at #2 in spite of limited bone height, because of severe ridge atrophy at #18 and 19.  Sagittal (Fig.1-3) and coronal (Fig.4-6) sections show bone height less than 1 mm.  If there is plenty of the keratinized tissue at #2, use a 4 mm tissue punch for access, followed by sinus lifter.  Use fine and coarse allograft for sinus lift.
