The 6x9 mm implant appears to be placed subcrestal (Fig.3), but BW shows that the distal thread is still supracrestal ~ 2 mm (Fig.4).  After additional 2 mm placement, the distal thread is subcrestal (Fig.5); the mesial margin of a 6.5x4(4) mm abutment is subgingival.  A longer cuff (5 mm instead of 4 mm) is more favorable for future restoration.
