Fig.4 (intraop PA): A bone-level implant (5.3x8 mm) was placed at the site of #3 5 months ago. It is stable and painless, but the cover screw is exposed, probably due to pressure from the partial.  There is crestal bone resorption.  After removal of the cover screw and gingivectomy, a cemented abutment (A) is placed (4.8x4(1) mm) as a reference guide to #2 immediate implant (parallelism).
