The implant should be as large as possible to engage more bone buccally and lingually (Fig.10: 6.9x8 mm bone level).  The most apical of the palatal bone is not fully engaged by the implant.  A longer implant will be more appropriate or the same implant is placed more apically.  A: cemented abutment (6.8x4 mm) with 1 or 2 mm cuff (C).  It is possible that no prep is necessary.  An immediate provisional is required to keep bone graft in place (red circles).  The provisional will be splinted to that at the site of #3.  The partial denture will be modified so that it can be worn to replace the anterior missing teeth.  Photos will be taken for the partial before and after.  A high speed handpiece is needed.
