Place implants at #12 and 13 if necessary (Fig.3,4 coronal sections; B: buccal).
A 1-piece implant (2.5 or 3x12 or 14 (4) mm) will be placed at #12 narrow ridge palatally.
The tooth #13 has buccal cervical defect (*).
