Fig.7: Immediately postop panoramic X-ray (trimmed).   Implants at #11, 14 and 15 are 4.5x17, 5x17 and 4.5x14 mm, respectively, while abutments: 3.5x5, 4x3 and 3.5x5 mm.  Because of cross bite, there is one less tooth in the maxilla.  A 3-unit bridge will be fabricated between #11 and 14.
