There is 1-2 thread exposure mesial and distal at #10 two years postop (Fig.20'), which may be related to the small fistula labially (Fig.20 >). New provisionals are made at #9 and 10 after abutments are changed from 4.5x7(5) mm to 4.5x15 degree A(5), and from 4.5x15 degree B(4) to 4.5x25 degree A(4), respectively. Because of the large triangular spaces (*), the provisionals are relined later after laser gingivectomy.
