Clinically the tooth #6 is fairly stable with loss of the buccal plate (Fig.1 CBCT coronal section). The tooth will be not extracted initially.
With loss of the buccal and palatal (P) bone, the tooth #11 (Fig.6) is buccally shifted (arrow) under overloading (FPD).
