Fig.6 is taken after periodontal dressing is applied around a 6.8x5.5(6) mm cemented abutment.  A 4.5x10 mm SM implant appears to be supported by the bone.

Prior to final crown fabrication, a smaller diameter abutment should be used to avoid biologic width violation.
