The 4.5x10 mm SM implant appears to have penetrated the sinus floor for primary stability (Fig.7 red dashed line). *: bone graft around the coronal portion and the implant and the apical portion of the abutment (6.8x5.5(6) mm). There is no loss of bone graft 3 months postop (Fig.16 (abutment: 4.8x7(4.5) mm)). The bone density around the coronal implant appears to increase 5.5 months post cementation (Fig.20).
