In fact the 1 piece implant at #13 is not completely placed (Fig.5 (arrowheads: sinus floor)).  It is removed, the apical 3 threads are cut off (Fig.6 <) and the remaining implant is re-inserted.  The insertion torques of the 2.5 mm implants are < 35 and 15 Ncm, respectively.  After adjustment (Fig.7), immediate provisionals are fabricated at #10 and 11 (later splinted with composite), while perio dressing is applied around the implants at #12 and 13 and the provisionals at #10 and 11.  There is no nasal hemorrhage postop.  无奈取出13号牙植体后，截断，再植入（图六）。之后愈合，修复还顺利，6号牙也种植。一晃五年过去，今天他回来，据说一个植牙牙冠松动，你能猜出是那个？
