After abutment height adjustment, a splinted provisional is fabricated over these 2.5 mm 1-piece implants (Fig.11: #12,13, 2 weeks postop).

Deep bite makes it difficult to adjust occlusal contact on #10 and 11.  The contact at #12 and 13 is able to be removed later.
