The buccolingual width at the sites of #19 and 21 appears narrow (Fig.4).  On the other hand, the mesiodistal width at #19 seems to be wider than one molar (compare to the site of #30) and narrower than two.

The mesiodistal width at #24/25 may not allow to have 2 implants to be placed.  In contrast, there is possibility to have 2 implants at #19.
