Fig.3,4 (CBCT coronal sections at #13 and 14): The long axis of the implant at #13 appears to be in accordance with to the trajectory of the stent. Use fingers to palpate both the buccal and palatal plates while increasing the depth and diameter of the osteotomy after using the surgical stent.
The size of the implant at #14 should be 5.3x14 mm. The longest of 5.9 mm SM implant is 10 mm. The bone at #14 is wide and safe to increase osteotomy. The depth of 12 mm would be safer.
