Implant in Crowded Region

A 45-year-old woman has had #28 and 29 (Fig.1) extracted lately (Fig.2 (10 months now)).  One IBS implant will be placed in the bone between the sockets and slightly lingually (Fig.3).  PA will be taken immediately after 1.6 mm pilot drill for early trajectory confirmation and correction if needed.  The patient also prefers to have tooth #30 extracted for implant.  Take a preop PA for depth measurement.
