Possible Narrow Mesiodistal Edentulous Space

Three weeks post #2 and 4 implantation, the patient requests implantation at #28.  If the narrow mesiodistal space (Fig.1 (panoramic X-ray)) is confirmed clinically (using implant positioner), a 3x16 mm 1-piece implant (DIO) will be placed.  Also prepare Tatum 3.5 mm 1-piece implant.  If there is no space limitation, use an IBS one (4 or 4.5 mm).
