After placing bone graft around the implants and abutments and suturing, the ridge looks wider with apparent formation of the gingival bands around the abutments (Fig.4 *).  The abutment height has been adjusted so that there is enough clearance from the opposing dentition.即刻放置基台第二个好处是马上恢复牙龈外形，植骨后伤口容易缝合，减少张力。修复时尽量保持原位，减少对hemidesmosome损伤。
