Endo-Perio disease

A 48-year-old lady (HJ) has several missing teeth (UL, UR, LR).  Suddenly there is pain from LL quadrant, either due to caries (Fig.1 *), periodontitis or both.  Conservative treatment (RCT) should be tried first.  If one of the teeth is deemed non-salvageable, extraction and immediate implant is provided (Fig.2,3 (B: buccal, L: lingual)).  Clindamycin will be used for socket disinfection.
