Fig.12: The patient returns for provisional recementation 1.5 months postop. In fact the abutment is loosening from the implant (I). After retightening the abutment by hand, the provisional is recemented temporarily. A definitive restoration is scheduled a month later.
The buccal undercut remains unchanged postop.
The white granule between the implant and the buccal gingiva is bone graft.
