The tooth #19 has mesial periapical radiolucency (Fig.1 *).
After extraction, the mesial apical socket has a large defect (Fig.1' M).
The 2 mm pilot drill deviates apically to the mesial socket (the least resistance area, Fig.1", 2). S: septum.
