A 5x9 mm implant is placed with a pair abutment (A) to test the trajectory (Fig.6).  The implant appears to have osteointegrated 2 months postop (Fig.9 with a healing abutment).  There is no bone resorption 1 year 4 months post cementation (Fig.16).  The implant remains stable 3.5 years post cementation (in spite of open margin), while the other abutment for the RPD (the tooth #30) has mobility with gingival recession.
