For easy implant placement and reduction in thread exposure, the ridge will be trimmed more exactly concave shaped (Fig.6 (coronal section) arrowheads. After placing a 5x10 mm UF implant (green), bone graft to be placed (Fig.7 red circles) remains in place followed by collagen dressing (buccolingually, yellow lines). Because of reduction of the bone height (3.1 mm), the cuff of the abutment will be long, 5 mm (1.9 (original gingival thickness) + 3.1 mm).
