Mesial Socket of 1st Molar
The mesiodistal dimension of the edentulous area is 10.6 mm, one molar width (Fig.2). Therefore, one implant is appropriate for the site and will be placed in the mesial socket of the 1st molar. Although bone density of xenograft is high (1000 units (200 units soft bone)), try bone expansion for an implant as large as possible (Fig.3). It seems that a 11 mm long IBS implant is safer than the 13 mm one, since the latter is closer to the submandibular fossa (F). A 4.5x11 mm one may be the most proper.
