Bone graft (Fig.7 * (autogenous bone and allograft)) and 7.8x5.5(6) mm abutment are placed.  The distal margin of the abutment is subcrestal.  The 6 mm cuff is the longest one available.  Before impression for final restoration, the abutment will be changed to one with smaller diameter (either 6.8 or 5.8 mm).
