Panoramic X-ray is taken to show no violation of the Inferior Alveolar Canal (Fig.5 red dashed line).  Infiltration anesthesia is administered with Xylocaine 34 mg with Epinephrine 17 mcg.  This reduces the chance of neuropathy.
