A much smaller implant will be placed lingually at #28 immediate (Fig.24 (3.5x11.5 mm),25 (3x10 mm 1 or 2 pieces (IBS))).  The original implant is 4.5x17 mm (tissue level).  The patient is skinny.  Preop CT diagnosis is critical.
