After re-sectioning the base of the septum (Fig.7: grey area), initial osteotomy will be conducted (Fig.7 (red arrow),8d (red circle)).
Fig.8a: occlusal view of the distal (D) and mesial (M) sockets of the affected tooth #30 with the septum (grey area; B: buccal).
Fig.8b: the middle of the septum will be sectioned with surgical bur (red lines).
Fig.8c: the middle of the septum will be removed.
