Fig.10 A (illustration) is an occlusal view of the edentulous and dentate (#29 and 30) areas)). The black circle is the initial distally positioned osteotomy.
Lindamann bur is used to move the osteotomy mesially (Fig.10 B).
It seems that the osteotomy returns distal as the osteotomy increases (Fig.10 C (green circle)).
To change osteotomy trajectory and position correctly, it should be overcorrected (Fig.10 D).
