Lower Right Immediate Bridge

A 85-year-old man has poor dentition (Fig.9).  Multiple implants are to be placed at one or two stages (#26-30).  If primary stability is obtained for individual implants, they are splinted and immediate provisional is fabricated. 

Fig.1-3 are CBCT sagittal sections of the lower right quadrant, whereas Fig.4-8 are coronal sections.  The lower left quadrant has been restored.

The sockets of #27,28 will be treated with 2% Xylocaine/1.:50,000 Epinephrine as control group of the antibiotic study.

In fact, the number and the place of implants are changed intraoperatively.
