Fig.16:  2x14(2), 2.5x14(4), 2.5x12(2) and 3x10(2) mm implants are placed at #11-13.  With relatively correct position of each implant, it would be easy to fabricate a splinted 6-unit provisional (Fig.23, nearly 4 months postop).
