A 2x14(2) mm 1-piece implant is placed at #10 site after change in osteotomy position (Fig.9 arrow), which leaves a concavity mesial to #10 two and a half years later (Fig.22, 42) with 2-3 thread exposure.  It would be ideal to place an implant with 4 mm cuff deeper by 2 mm.
